If you have a designated freight forwarder, once the goods have been crated, you simply need to settle the remaining balance and issue a " Letter of Notification for Designated Freight Forwarder " to inform your forwarder to coordinate directly with us. In accordance with the instructions outlined in the letter, we will hand over the goods to your designated forwarder and provide all necessary customs clearance documents and information to assist in completing the customs formalities and shipping process.

If you do not have a designated freight forwarder, we can recommend one of our trusted partner freight forwarders and assist you in facilitating the delivery, customs clearance, and shipping of your goods.

You simply need to provide your preferred design renderings and wall dimensions; our designers will then recommend several fabric options in various materials based on your requirements and create a 2D layout plan. Once confirmed, the designer will provide a comprehensive price quotation. After all details—including the design rendering, fabrics, base materials, special finishes, and pricing—have been finalized, we will issue a *Goods Export Contract*. Once both parties have signed the contract and the initial deposit has been paid, the custom production phase will commence.
 

If you do not yet have a specific design rendering in mind, you may contact our designers to outline your requirements. Our designers will provide a catalog of original designs for you to choose from. Once a design rendering has been selected, the designer will calculate a price quotation based on your specific wall dimensions and customization needs. After all details—including the design rendering, fabrics, base materials, special finishes, and pricing—have been finalized, we will issue a *Goods Export Contract*. Once both parties have signed the contract and the initial deposit has been paid, the custom production phase will commence.
